The TVC first highlights the exterior changes to the Kylaq Sportline. The SUV’s basic silhouette is the same as the regular Kylaq, but the blacked-out elements make its overall appearance noticeably sportier.

It features Deep Black ORVMs, glossy black front and rear diffusers, 17-inch black alloy wheels, and a Deep Black dual-tone floating roof. The tailgate also features Sportline badging along with black branding.

The rear section also features a spoiler with finlets and a Sportline sticker on the C-pillar. The front features LED projector headlamps, further enhancing this variant’s premium look.

Dark Theme in the Cabin

The sporty treatment of the Kylaq Sportline isn’t limited to the exterior. The cabin is also finished with a darker theme.

The SUV features black leatherette seats with contrasting stitching and Sportline branding. The headrests also feature Sportline lettering, while aluminum pedals give the cabin a more performance-oriented feel.

Speaking of features, the Sportline is available with features like an electric sunroof, wireless charging, ambient lighting, Climatronic automatic AC, a touchscreen infotainment system, and Virtual Cockpit. According to Skoda’s official specifications, the infotainment display measures 25.6 cm, while the digital instrument display measures 20.32 cm.

For performance, Skoda has retained the existing 1.0-liter TSI turbo-petrol engine in the Kylaq Sportline. This engine produces 85 kW, or around 115 PS, and 178 Nm of torque.

Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The automatic version comes with a torque-converter unit, so Sportline buyers also have the option of a conventional automatic along with sporty styling.

Dedicated Sportline Accessories Pack Also Available

If buyers find the standard Sportline styling too aggressive, Skoda is also offering a dedicated Sportline Accessories Pack.

This pack includes additions such as a front bumper corner garnish, a dark-chrome front grille garnish, a fender garnish with the Skoda logo, and glossy-black body side molding. This allows owners to give their Kylaq Sportline a more personalized look.

What is the main USP of the Kylaq Sportline?

The Kylaq Sportline’s biggest attraction isn’t its mechanical upgrades, but its sportier design package. The engine and transmission are the same as the regular Kylaq, but black alloys, a black roof, dark exterior detailing, Sportline badging, and a darker cabin make this version visually distinct.

The Kylaq has already become an important model for Skoda. By February 2026, the company had achieved the milestone of selling over 50,000 units of this SUV. Through the Sportline variant, the brand now wants to give this successful product a more emotional and youthful appeal.

What is highlighted in the Skoda Kylaq Sportline TVC?

The new Skoda Kylaq Sportline TVC essentially showcases the sportier personality of the Kylaq Sportline. The exterior black treatment, alloy wheels, roof design, and cabin detailing are the focus.

Overall, the Kylaq Sportline could be an interesting option for buyers who like the practicality and compact dimensions of the regular Kylaq, but want a slightly more aggressive styling package.

There are no major changes in mechanical performance, but the visual upgrades clearly differentiate it from the standard variants.
