In final practice, FP3, Max Verstappen set the fastest lap with a 1:43.922. George Russell finished second, just 0.099 seconds behind, and Lewis Hamilton finished third, a further 0.111 seconds behind. Kimi Antonelli and Charles Leclerc completed the top five.
The focus in qualifying will now shift to Q1, Q2, and Q3. Due to Baku’s narrow streets, long main straight, and slipstream effect, traffic management and a clean flying lap will be crucial.
