Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has officially launched its new adventure-style maxi scooter ADV160 in the Indian market.
The starting price of the Honda ADV160 has been kept at Rs 1.70 lakh ex-showroom Bengaluru. With this, Honda has tried to further strengthen its presence in the premium scooter segment.
The biggest highlight of the ADV160 is its flex-fuel capability. According to Honda, this is the first scooter in India designed to run on ethanol-petrol blend up to E85.

The scooter is equipped with Honda FlexTech technology, which can adjust the engine management according to the proportion of ethanol in the fuel.
Bookings for the Honda ADV160 are now open, and customers can reserve the scooter by paying a booking amount of Rs. 5,000. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in mid-October 2026. The scooter will be sold through the Honda RedWing and BigWing dealership networks.

Honda ADV160 Price and Booking Details
The Honda ADV160 is priced at Rs. 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru) in India. This price puts it at a noticeably premium position compared to performance-oriented scooters like the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Hero Xoom 160.
Bookings for the Honda ADV160 are open nationwide. Booking amount is Rs. 5,000, while first deliveries are expected to begin in mid-October 2026.

The scooter is equipped with 14-inch front and 13-inch rear alloy wheels. The suspension setup consists of a front telescopic fork and rear twin shock absorbers.

Disc Brakes and Single-Channel ABS
The Honda ADV160 features front and rear disc brakes. Single-channel ABS is available on the front wheel in the India-spec model.

Some international specifications list the ADV160’s braking setup in different configurations depending on the market, but official Honda India information confirms single-channel ABS with the front disc. Therefore, it wouldn’t be correct to call it dual-channel ABS for the India-spec scooter.
