Nissan India has launched the Gravite compact MPV with an introductory starting price of Rs 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 5,000 units. Positioned in the sub-4-metre category, the Nissan Gravite is one of the few compact MPVs currently available in the market. Bookings for the model are now open nationwide.
Built on the CMF-A+ platform, the Gravite shares its core architecture with the Renault Triber but gets several design and feature changes to establish a distinct identity.

The Nissan Gravite is offered in multiple trims with both manual and AMT transmission options.

Nissan is offering a standard warranty of 3 years/1,00,000 km, which can be extended up to 10 years/2,00,000 km. The first 5,000 customers will also receive zero service cost for five years, along with financing and upgrade benefits.
Nissan Gravite Exterior Design
While based on the Triber’s body structure, the Gravite features multiple styling revisions. These include a honeycomb-pattern grille, redesigned bumpers with C-shaped silver inserts, unique LED DRL signatures, and new alloy wheel designs.
The model also gets ‘GRAVITE’ lettering on the bonnet and tailgate. Colour options include Forest Green, Onyx Black, Blade Silver, Snow White, and Metallic Grey.
A limited-run Launch Edition (1,001 units) adds orange accents on the bumper inserts and white tyre sidewall decals for a more distinctive look.
Nissan Gravite Interior and Features
Inside, the Gravite retains a 5+2 seating layout, offering flexibility for family use. The dashboard design remains simple, featuring a flat-bottom steering wheel, manual climate controls, and multiple storage spaces.

The Launch Edition further adds a JBL sound system, dual-channel dashcam, ambient lighting, and a cabin air purifier.
Nissan Gravite Engine and Efficiency
Powering the Gravite is a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 72 hp and 96 Nm. The engine is available with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT.
Claimed fuel efficiency stands at 19.3 kmpl (MT) and 19.6 kmpl (AMT). Nissan has also confirmed that a dealer-fit dual-cylinder CNG option will be introduced later for manual variants.
