Tata Motors has introduced a more affordable all-wheel drive (AWD) version of the Tata Harrier EV, priced at ₹26.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Fearless+ QWD 75 variant lowers the entry point for the dual-motor setup by ₹2.50 lakh, making the Tata Harrier EV AWD configuration more accessible to buyers.
Earlier, the Tata Harrier EV AWD system was limited to the top-spec Empowered trim, but with this update, Tata now offers AWD across two variants in the Harrier EV lineup.

New Variant Expands Tata Harrier EV AWD Accessibility
The introduction of the Fearless+ QWD 75 means buyers can now opt for the dual-motor setup without stretching to the top-end variant. This move is likely aimed at improving the appeal of the Harrier EV in a segment where pricing plays a key role in purchase decisions.

Despite the addition of a new variant, Tata has not revised the overall price range, which continues to span from ₹21.49 lakh to ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Battery, Powertrain and Performance
The Tata Harrier EV AWD variant is available exclusively with the larger 75kWh battery pack. It uses a dual-motor setup, with one motor on each axle, delivering a combined output of 313hp and 504Nm.
Tata claims a driving range of up to 622km on a single charge for the QWD 75 variant. The SUV also features six terrain modes, along with off-road assist and a boost mode, underlining its focus on versatility beyond urban driving.
Feature Highlights of Fearless+ Trim
The new Fearless+ QWD 75 variant comes with a substantial list of features, including:
- 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system

- 360-degree camera
- JBL 10-speaker audio system

However, it misses out on some features available in the top-spec Empowered trim, such as Level 2 ADAS, auto park assist, a larger 14.53-inch touchscreen, powered tailgate, and Dolby Atmos sound system.

What It Means for Buyers
By introducing a more affordable Tata Harrier EV AWD variant, Tata Motors is making dual-motor electric SUVs more attainable in India. This could attract buyers looking for better traction and performance without opting for the top-spec variant.
The move also strengthens Tata’s position in the premium EV segment, where performance and range are becoming key differentiators.
Conclusion
The addition of the Fearless+ QWD 75 variant makes the Tata Harrier EV AWD setup more accessible while maintaining its existing price range and feature offering. With no major mechanical changes, the update focuses on improving variant spread and buyer choice.
As competition in the electric SUV segment continues to grow, such incremental updates are likely to play a role in influencing purchase decisions, particularly for buyers seeking a balance between performance and value.
