The Honda Elevate Facelift 2026 starts at Rs. 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom), keeping the entry-level pricing unchanged compared with the previous model.

One of the major changes to the lineup is the introduction of a new ZX+ variant. This new top-spec version is positioned above the existing variants and is priced at Rs. 18.40 lakh for the CVT version.

The new variant is intended to offer a more comprehensive equipment package, particularly for buyers looking for additional comfort and convenience features in the Elevate.

Exterior Design Gets a Sharper Look

The Honda Elevate Facelift 2026 receives a series of visual updates at the front and rear. The most noticeable change is the revised lighting treatment integrated into the front grille.

The grille now features three segments of light bars, creating the visual impression of a connected lighting setup. This gives the SUV a more modern appearance while retaining the overall upright design of the Elevate.

The front bumper has also been slightly redesigned, while the rear gets revised tail-light elements. These changes are relatively evolutionary rather than a complete redesign, but they help give the facelifted SUV a fresher road presence.

Honda has focused heavily on equipment upgrades with the Honda Elevate Facelift 2026. The updated SUV gets several new features designed to improve comfort, convenience and everyday usability.

One of the key additions is rear-seat ventilation, which should be particularly useful for passengers in India’s hot weather conditions. The front seats also get powered adjustment, with an eight-way powered driver seat and four-way powered passenger seat.

Other notable additions include a wireless charging system, PM 2.5 filter and 360-degree camera. The facelift also gets front and rear parking sensors, adding another layer of convenience while manoeuvring the SUV in tight spaces.

Honda has also added rear disc brakes and an electronic parking brake (EPB) to the updated model.

The interior theme has been revised as well, giving the cabin a fresher appearance compared with the outgoing version.

No Turbo or Hybrid Engine

Despite expectations for a more powerful engine option, Honda has not introduced either a turbo-petrol or hybrid powertrain with the Elevate Facelift.

The SUV continues with the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which produces 119bhp and 145Nm. The engine is available with a 6-speed manual transmission and a CVT automatic gearbox.

This means the Honda Elevate Facelift 2026 is primarily focused on styling, equipment and cabin upgrades rather than mechanical changes. Honda has also not introduced a turbocharged engine for the Elevate as part of this update.

New Colour Option Added

Honda has expanded the colour palette of the Elevate with the addition of Nordic Fest Pearl.

The updated SUV is available in the following colour combinations:

Dual-Tone Colours:

  • Nordic Fest Pearl
  • Radiant Red Metallic
  • Platinum White Pearl

Single-Tone Colours:

  • Nordic Fest Pearl
  • Crystal Black Pearl
  • Obsidian Blue Pearl
  • Radiant Red Metallic
  • Meteoroid Grey Metallic
  • Lunar Silver Metallic

The additional colour option gives buyers another choice alongside the existing exterior finishes.

Made in India and Exported to Japan

An interesting aspect of the Honda Elevate is its manufacturing footprint. The SUV is made in India and exported to Japan, highlighting India’s importance as a production base for Honda’s global operations.

The Elevate has been positioned as Honda’s midsize crossover in India and competes in one of the country’s most competitive SUV segments. The facelift is expected to help the model remain relevant against newer rivals by offering more equipment without making major changes to its underlying mechanical package.

Honda Elevate Facelift 2026: What Has Changed?

The Honda Elevate Facelift 2026 can essentially be seen as an equipment and styling-focused update rather than a complete transformation. The new lighting treatment, revised bumpers and updated tail-lights give the SUV a fresher appearance, while features such as rear-seat ventilation, powered seats, wireless charging and a 360-degree camera address some of the equipment gaps.

At the same time, Honda has retained the naturally aspirated petrol engine and existing transmission options. Buyers looking specifically for a turbo-petrol or hybrid Elevate will therefore have to wait for a future update.

Auto India Daily Verdict

The Honda Elevate Facelift 2026 arrives with a straightforward formula: keep the proven mechanical package while adding more features and giving the SUV a sharper design. Starting at Rs. 11.80 lakh, the unchanged base price is also an important part of Honda’s strategy.

The addition of the ZX+ variant, rear-seat ventilation, powered seats, wireless charging, 360-degree camera and other equipment makes the updated Elevate considerably more feature-rich. However, the absence of a turbo or hybrid powertrain means the biggest changes are limited to design, comfort and technology rather than performance.
