Volvo Has Maintained Current Pricing

Volvo Car India has said that it has maintained the current pricing of its vehicles despite input-cost pressures, geopolitical uncertainties and global supply-chain challenges. The festive offers are therefore focused mainly on ownership benefits rather than a direct reduction in the SUVs’ ex-showroom prices.

This distinction is important because these are ownership benefits and financing-related offers, not a straightforward price cut on the XC60 or XC90.

Loyalty and Welcome Benefits Also Available

Besides the model-specific festive offers, selected existing and new Volvo customers can also access Loyalty and Welcome Bonuses, subject to applicable conditions.

Customers interested in the offers will need to contact their nearest Volvo dealership for exact eligibility, tenure, buyback conditions and other applicable terms.

Volvo XC60 and XC90 Continue With Different Roles

The XC60 remains Volvo India’s midsize luxury SUV, while the XC90 sits above it as the company’s larger three-row SUV. Volvo India currently lists the XC60 as a mild-hybrid SUV and the XC90 as a mild-hybrid seven-seater.

The latest festive program therefore gives buyers more predictable ownership costs without changing the basic positioning of the two SUVs.

Auto India Daily Verdict

Volvo’s latest festive campaign focuses less on an outright discount and more on ownership value protection. The 65% assured buyback on the XC60 is the headline benefit, while the 5-year warranty and service packages across Volvo XC60 and XC90 SUVs add longer-term ownership coverage.

For buyers considering a luxury SUV during the festive season, the important thing will be to compare the complete offer — including buyback conditions, EMI tenure, warranty, service package and any applicable bonuses — rather than looking at the EMI figure alone.
