Honda NT1100 2027 is entering the new model year with two new colour options, giving the popular sport-touring motorcycle a fresh visual update.
The new Mat Ballistic Black Metallic and Mat Beta Silver Metallic finishes will be available on both the standard NT1100 and the NT1100 Electronic Suspension variant.

The new colours will be offered alongside the existing Pearl Hawkseye Blue option. Honda has not yet announced the pricing for the 2027 NT1100 range, so the exact price difference over the current model is not known at this stage.

Two New Colour Options for 2027
The biggest update for the 2027 model year is the new colour palette. The Mat Ballistic Black Metallic finish gives the NT1100 a darker appearance, while the Mat Beta Silver Metallic option offers a lighter alternative.
Apart from these new colours, Honda has not announced any major design or mechanical changes for the 2027 model year. The motorcycle therefore continues with the same overall sport-touring design and equipment package.
Honda says the NT1100 has established a strong position in the European touring market, with more than 25,000 units sold since its introduction.
1,084cc Twin-Cylinder Engine Continues
The Honda NT1100 continues to use its 1,084cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine. In the current generation, Honda increased low- and mid-range torque by 7 percent, along with updates including a higher 10.5:1 compression ratio, revised crankshaft and connecting rods.
The current specification produces 75kW at 7,500rpm and 112Nm at 5,500rpm, with the engine available with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or Honda’s Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), depending on the variant.
There is no indication of a powertrain change for 2027, so the existing engine and transmission options are expected to continue.

Six-Axis IMU and Advanced Electronics
The NT1100’s electronics package is another major part of the motorcycle. Honda introduced a six-axis IMU with the latest generation, allowing the bike’s electronic systems to respond more accurately to riding conditions.
The system supports Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Wheelie Control, Cornering ABS and Rear Lift Control.
Riders also get multiple riding modes. The standard setup includes Urban, Rain and Tour, while User modes allow riders to customise the motorcycle’s power delivery, engine braking and traction-control settings.
Electronic Suspension Remains the Premium Option
The NT1100 Electronic Suspension continues to be the more technology-focused version of the motorcycle.
It uses Showa-EERA electronically controlled suspension, which adjusts damping in real time according to riding conditions, motorcycle attitude and riding inputs. The system can also adjust rear spring preload while riding.
Importantly, the electronic suspension setup is paired with the DCT version. The standard manual NT1100 continues with conventional Showa suspension hardware. Honda’s current UK specification lists the NT1100 with a 6-speed manual gearbox, while the NT1100 DCT Electronic Suspension gets a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Touring-Focused Equipment Continues
The NT1100 remains focused on long-distance touring rather than outright sport performance. Its equipment package includes a 6.5-inch TFT touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, cruise control, heated grips and adjustable windscreen.
The motorcycle also comes with integrated panniers as standard in the current specification, with Honda increasing their carrying capacity as part of the earlier update.
Honda NT1100 2027 Price
Honda has not yet announced the Honda NT1100 2027’s pricing.
For reference, the current 2026 UK model is listed at £12,799 for the standard NT1100 and £14,299 for the NT1100 DCT Electronic Suspension. These are current 2026 UK prices and should not be treated as confirmed 2027 pricing.
