New Skyline Production Will Take Place in Japan
Contrary to earlier possibilities of manufacturing the Next-Gen Nissan Skyline in China or the US, Nissan has confirmed that the sedan will be produced at its Tochigi plant in Japan.
Nissan is gradually developing the Tochigi facility as a production hub for performance-oriented vehicles. The plant currently also manufactures the Fairlady Z.
So, Japanese production of the new Skyline naturally aligns with its heritage and performance positioning.
