Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the Harley-Davidson X350 T at EICMA 2026. This new roadster motorcycle is heavily inspired by the design and feature package of the Harley-Davidson X440 T, but is powered by a smaller 350cc air/oil-cooled engine.
With this, Hero and Harley-Davidson are preparing to introduce a new option under their partnership.

The overall design of the new Harley-Davidson X350 T looks similar to the X440 T. However, some important changes make it different. It has conventional mirrors, different engine finish and a different wheel setup in place of alloy wheels. Hero claims its engine will offer best-in-class torque.
The company has not yet revealed the motorcycle’s exact power, torque, price, and India launch date. However, according to Hero’s product literature, the X350 T could be sold alongside the X440 S and X440 T.

Harley-Davidson X350 T Design: Similar Look to the X440 T, with Some Important Changes

In terms of design, the Harley-Davidson X350 T is very close to its larger sibling, the X440 T. It features a muscular fuel tank, roadster-inspired bodywork, and a familiar overall silhouette. The motorcycle’s styling approach targets the premium retro-modern roadster category.
There are also some visual differences between the two motorcycles. The X350 T lacks the machined finish on the engine fins of the X440 T. Furthermore, bar-end mirrors are replaced with conventional mirrors. Wheels also differ, as the X350 T does not come with alloy wheels.
Despite these changes, the motorcycle’s overall design is closely related to the X440 T. This allows buyers to opt for a smaller engine capacity with familiar Harley-Davidson roadster styling.
350cc Engine: Power and Torque Figures Awaited
The biggest mechanical change to the Harley-Davidson X350 T is its new 350cc air/oil-cooled engine. The company has not yet revealed the official power and torque figures of this engine. But Hero claims that the motorcycle will offer best-in-class torque in its segment.
For reference, the Harley-Davidson X440 T is powered by a 440cc engine that produces 27hp of power and 38Nm of torque. The X350 T’s output is expected to be lower, but an accurate performance comparison will only be possible once the final figures are released.

Hero’s best-in-class torque claim is an important talking point for this motorcycle. If the company delivers strong low- and mid-range torque as claimed, the X350 T could be an interesting option for everyday city riding and a relaxed roadster experience.

Features and Electronics: Riding Modes and Traction Control
The Harley-Davidson X350 T features an electronic throttle body that supports Road and Rain riding modes. It also comes with switchable traction control. Dual-channel ABS is expected to be standard in the safety package, as mentioned in the source description.
The motorcycle’s chassis is also expected to be similar to the X440 T. However, Hero has not yet revealed complete technical specifications. Therefore, any possible changes to the frame, suspension, and braking hardware should not be considered officially confirmed.
Harley-Davidson X350 T India Launch and Expected Positioning

Hero MotoCorp has not yet announced the official launch date and pricing for the Harley-Davidson X350 T. However, the motorcycle has been showcased in production-spec form, so its launch may not be far off.
Pricing-wise, the X350 T could be positioned below the X440 range. Currently, the X440 S is priced at Rs. 2.35 lakh (ex-showroom) and the X440 T is priced at Rs. 2.86 lakh (ex-showroom). The new 350cc motorcycle could occupy a space in the portfolio alongside these two models.
In the Indian market, it could compete with 350cc motorcycles from Royal Enfield and Honda. However, final positioning will depend on pricing, engine output, and equipment list.
Auto India Daily Verdict
The Harley-Davidson X350 T could be an interesting addition to the Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson partnership. The X440 T’s familiar design, smaller 350cc engine, riding modes, and switchable traction control could help it reach a different buyer group.
The most important considerations now will be its final engine output and pricing. Hero’s best-in-class torque claim will also only be properly evaluated once complete specifications are available. If the X350 T is launched at a competitive price, it could become an interesting alternative in the Indian 350cc roadster segment.
